A. Cancellation of Prom and Wedding contracts with THIRTY DAYS (30 DAYS) NOTICE OR LESS from date of service will be charged the full contract amount. In cases of no existing contract, the vehicles' hourly minimum will be charged.

A. We recommend that you give us the estimated AIRLINE flight arrival time and we will adjust the pick-up time for you.

Q. Will Royal Way Limousine Incorporated charges me waiting time if my flight is delayed?
A. No! Royal Way Limousine will monitor your flight to make sure your driver will be there as per our reservation pick-up schedule.
- we monitor incoming flights for proper collection, but we are not responsible for AIRLINE DELAYS air/ground/customs/luggage's.

Q. When does waiting time charge apply for pickup at the Airport?
A. Royal Way Limousine, Inc. rarely charges for waiting time at the airport, because most passengers are leaving the airport within 40 minutes. We give passengers on a domestic flight 40 minutes free waiting time from the time the flight estimated arrival time, and for international flights we give 1 hour free waiting time from the time the flight estimated arrival time. After the free waiting time we charge for waiting time. For example waiting time of 15 minutes for luxury town car sedan=$15 and for a stretch limousine=$20.

Q. I anticipate I will be delayed going through immigration or clearing customs and I want to avoid paying waiting time;
Can I schedule my airport pickup reservation with Royal Way Limousine to be picked up later then flight arrival time?
A. Yes, just specify on the comments when booking your airport reservation. Delay pick-up designed to provide passengers arriving on international flight with extra time to clear customs and immigration, if you anticipate that you will be delayed going through immigration or clearing customs and you want to avoid paying waiting time; FOR EXAMPLE 30 minutes delay pickup, then your driver will arrive to the Airport 30 minutes after your flight arrives. Your free waiting time will start 30 minutes after your flight arrivals.
For none US citizens arriving on international flights with checked luggage, we recommend 30 minutes delayed pickup.
