TERMS & CONDITIONS INFORMATION

  • OUR SERVICES ARE DEDICATED PRIVATE FOR ONE CLIENT.
  • Our reservation online is “https://” (the “s” is your key to knowing the page is secure), If not DO NOT give your personal info.
  • ON YOUR STATEMENT YOU WILL SEE THE CHARGES FROM “Royal Way Limousine, Inc.”.
  • The agreed price is the amount between Royal Way Limousine, Inc. service and (YOU) the CLIENT, and is based on the set of detailed instructions given at the time of the BOOKING. ANY Changes to the Agreed Reservation Contract the customer may wish to make will be dependent UPON OUR ABILITY TO ACCOMMODATE those changes and will be subject to Additional Charges.
  • RESCHEDULE FEE FOR CHANGING RESERVATION DATE AND/OR TIME: $100 stretch limousine. This Fee Applies only to Existing reservation that Customer wishes to make date and/or time changes to. For SUPER STRETCH LIMOUSINE is $150.
  • Royal Way Limousine, Inc. automatically charges the customer a 20% gratuity, tolls or parking.
  • After RESERVED hourly service (not for weddings and proms) additional time charges will be rounded (10 minutes as 30 minutes and 31 minutes as 1 hour charges).
  • We can arrange special requests flowers, champagne, stocked bar at additional cost to you.
  • A 5% service fee applies when paying with a credit card or PAYPAL, option to pay CASH – NO FEE.
  • MAJOR CREDIT CARDS accepted. For CREDIT CARD PAYMENT as a GIFT SERVICE we require CREDIT CARD PHOTO and the cardholder picture ID and Authorization form to SIGN for all services.
  • Additional Gratuities or cash given to the driver is at your own discretion.
  • Hourly trips are billed from the time the vehicle arrives at the pick-up location, until the time of drop off at final destination
  • Certain Size luggage restriction will apply; Prices will allow any combination of 5-6-7-8 pieces of luggage’s OR carry-on for 6-8-9 passengers limousine for airport service.

Client will be fully liable for all other charges that may incur BELOW:

  • Broken or missing glassware in the limousines $10.00 each.
  • Damaged seat or electronic equipment $500.00, spills or gum in carpet clean up $200.00
  • Travel time will apply if the pick-up or drop off is outside of five borough’s.
  • VEHICLES CANNOT BE LOADED BEYOND SEATING CAPACITY.
  • Royal Way Limousine, Inc. assumes no responsibility for LOST or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle, so client must check the limousine after EXITING.
  • We are not responsible for traffic encountered during vehicle rental time and any delays caused by directions instructed to the driver by the passengers.
  • Royal Way Limousine, Inc. is not responsible for conditions outside of our control like weather, mechanical break down.
  • Royal Way Limousine, Inc. will not be responsible for injuries that may occur due to horse playing while the vehicle is in motion or at a standstill. The purchaser of the service name on reservation contract is responsible for his or her guests.
  • Royal Way Limousine, Inc. reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund, if the Operator or the Dispatcher on duty feels that the Renter and/or Party of the Renter is putting the Operator or the mode of transportation or the Renter/and/or Party of the Renter in danger of injury. Or, if the Renter and/or Party of the Renter are in the possession of any illegal material and/or substance, this service will be Canceled without Refund. This is without exception.
  • Royal Way Limousine, Inc. DOES NOT monitor train schedules, therefore Wait Time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving by train that is delay by 10 minutes or more.

The Site may provide hyperlinks to third party websites or access to third party content. Royal Way Limousine, Inc. does not control, endorse, or guarantee content found in such sites. You agree that Royal Way Limousine, Inc. is not responsible for any content, associated links, resources, or services associated with a third party site. You further agree that Royal way Limousine, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any sort associated with your use of third party content. Links and access to these sites are provided for your convenience only.

AIRPORT Pick-up and Waiting Time Policies:

  • We MONITOR incoming flights for proper collection, but we are not responsible for AIRLINE delays or Cancellation or air/ground/customs/luggage’s. If you Miss your flight or flight is Cancelled, Royal Way Limousine, Inc. must be called 1-212-593-3291 or e-mail us to RESCHEDULE YOUR RESERVATION with extra rescheduling fee $100 to avoid being charged in full for “No show
  • For Airport Domestic Arrival pick-up: a 30 minutes FREE WAIT TIME is given from the scheduled arrival time posted by your Airline, unless you notify us prior to your arrival of unexpected change on your arrival due to your departure circumstances.
  • For Airport International Arrival pick-up:1 Hour FREE WAIT TIME is given from the scheduled arrival time posted by your Airline.
  • After AIRPORT FREE WAITING TIME elapsed additional 15 minutes waiting time are FREE then for extra 15 minutes will be charge at $30.00 for a SUV or Stretch Limousine -domestic/international arrivals. PLEASE NOTE that we will wait for you as long it will takes and charge.
  • Royal Way Limousine, Inc. is proud to introduce to all our clients airport arrival domestic/international FREE OUTSIDE Meet and Greet with prominently your Name this meets our traditional USA -Royal Way Welcome!
  • RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC AIRPORT surcharge +$30 stretch limousine.
  • All ARRIVING passengers MUST LOOK for their contact NAME posted on our card.
  • If you CANNOT locate your driver, Royal Way Limousine, Inc. must be called 1-212-593-3291 to avoid being charged in full for “No show

What if I don’t see the driver, and I decide to leave? DO NOT LEAVE

With your CONFIRMATION we give you a phone number 1-212-593-3291 to call in the event of a mix-up (this would normally occur when there is a last minute gate change, the terminal’s arrivals monitor is incorrect or the terminal parking lot is full or closed). Royal Way Limousine, Inc. hold the customer responsible for NOT informing us about their status, will result on NO SHOW charges in FULL. If you CANNOT LOCATE the driver, you are responsible to call us, so we may expediently resolve the matter. If customer fails to communicate with us, we CANNOT help them. We attempt on our part to locate the customer and link the customer with the driver. If the customer DECIDES TO LEAVE, the customer is responsible for the full charge. Full charges include base rate, gratuity, meet greet charges, parking fees, waiting time and any applicable tolls and taxes in connection with the service RESERVED.

Other Non-Airport Pick-ups Policies:

  • Point A to Point B service pick-up: Your sedan/limousine will arrive 10 minutes early from the requested pick-up time.
  • Additional waiting time (point A-B) will be calculate -15 minutes for 6 pass mkt limousine/$30.00.
  • All non-airport passengers schedules for pick-up MUST try to the best of their ability to be outside by the time of scheduled pick. Considering the extensive traffic in NYC, if your chauffeur is forced to circle the block it may cost you another 10 minutes before you chauffeur reaches you.
  • In the event that you DO NOT SEE your driver, all passengers must call Royal Way Limousine, Inc. number at 1-212-593-3291 and we will match you up in a few moments. Please DO NOT leave under the assumption that your driver is not there. BY not leaving you will avoid being charged a NO SHOW FEE!
  • Royal Way Limousine, Inc. shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control due to airline Cancellation, delays, air/ground, luggage’s, traffic, weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
  • Royal Way Limousine, Inc. assumes no responsibility for LOST or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle, so client must check the limousine after EXITING.

Weddings, Proms, Night out, Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties Policies

  • Your limousine will arrive 10 minutes early from scheduled pick-up time.
  • Weddings/Proms after reserved time expire 10 minutes are FREE, after that you will be charge a FULL HOUR price/no exception.
  • Vehicles CANNOT be loaded beyond seating capacity.
  • Stretch Limousines rental will start at a 3 HOURS minimum (Mo-Th) and 4 HOURS minimum on (Fr-Su), OTHERWISE instructed.
  • All alcohol must be provided by the passengers with receipt.  All passengers must be 21 years of age and have valid state issued ID to consume alcohol in our vehicles.
  • NO SMOKING at any time in our vehicles as well we don’t drive DRUNK PEOPLE in case you get drunk someplace else, so DRINK RESPONSIBLE
  • PROMS even if you are 21 years old you can’t drink in our limos as well drinking in other places you will not return in our limo.
  • NO PARTITION CLOSE during PROM service or POINT A TO POINT B (one way service).
  • $50 (if we can do it) will be added to the bill for any TIME changes made less than 24 hours to the scheduled pick-up TIME.
  • I do understand that the DEPOSIT is NON-REFUNDABLE in case I cancel my Reservation after my Reservation was completed and confirmed by Royal Way Limousine, Inc. and ACCEPTED by ME.
  • Royal Way Limousine, Inc. assumes no responsibility for LOST or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle, so client must check the limousine after EXITING.
  • IF FAIL to call to cancel/reschedule change date/time prior AIRPORT pick-up schedule you will be charge in full if there will be “No Show”.
  • If you have any problem, Royal Way Limousine must be called 1-212-593-3291

If You Change Your RESERVATION Policies:

After our reservation confirmation has been issued and you wish to change your travel/reservation arrangements in anyway, for example your chosen pick-up date or time, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in writing from the person who made the reservation. You will be asked to pay an administration FEE of $25.00 for sedan and $50 for stretch limo or SUV Limo, in making this alteration. You should be aware that changes of this nature are subject to availability. It will not be possible to make changes within hours of your scheduled pick-up.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS POLICY

At Royal Way Limousine, Inc., we take pride in our punctuality, pleasantness, politeness and patience.
We will NEVER cancel on you, and in return we expect that you will NOT CANCEL ON US, AS WELL.
If a vehicle is booked and then cancelled, you will be charged as below:

  • WEDDINGS and PROMS -DEPOSIT NON-REFUNDABLE if you CANCEL (CLIENT will be responsible for FULL PRICE CONTRACTED).
  • CANCELLATION of a reservation completed in advance but before services 48 hours 25% from TOTAL PRICE CONTRACTED or DEPOSIT RECEIVED NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • CANCELLATION of a reservation completed in advance but before services 24 hours 50% from TOTAL PRICE CONTRACTED.
  • CANCELLATION of a reservation completed in advance but before services 100% IN FULL CONTRACTED.
  • If you MISS your flight, Royal Way Limousine, Inc. must be called 1-212-593-3291 or e-mail to RESCHEDULE YOUR EXISTING RESERVATION + $100 rescheduling fee to avoid being charged in FULL for “NO SHOW
  • Collection Fees: You agree to pay all legal counseling fees, litigation fees, legal fees, costs, accounting fees, expenses and disbursements for all actions taken prior to, during and subsequent to the initiation of legal proceedings to collect payments due incase of NON-payment

IMPORTANT FOR ALL RENTAL SERVICES -WARNING (must enjoy responsible):

  • Royal Way Limousine Service reserves the right to TERMINATE any SERVICE without REFUND, if the chauffeur on duty feels that the RENTER or the PARTY of the RENTER is putting the CHAUFFEUR in any DANGER OF INJURY.
  • OR, if the RENTER or the PARTY of the RENTER are in the possession of any illegal material or substance, this service will be CANCELLED without REFUND.
  • DON’T ASK, NO EXCEPTIONS.
